There were approximately 47 persons in attendance. Visitors present were Representative Rick Nowlin, District 23. Mayor Wayne McCullen Natchitoches, LA and OAD Assistant Secretary Michael Duffy.</div><div> </div><div>Trudie Abner, OAD Regional Administrator, gave the welcome, introductions and Regional Overview. Ms. Abner acknowledged the program directors and Ms. Elwanda Murphy, the Natchitoches School Superintendent, for granting space to operate the IOP-Adolescent program. After a filling lunch, staff played games and enjoyed each others company. Gifts were presented to each staff member for being an important part of a puzzle in helping our clients and in being a butterfly that illuminates light and life.
